How Ocean Youth Trust NE is financed

How Ocean Youth Trust NE is financedThe cost of running Ocean Youth Trust NE is currently around £200k pa.

Income from Berth sales to individuals and youth groups only go part way to meeting this cost. Many young people who would benefit from a voyage on James Cook cannot afford the full fee.

Ocean Youth Trust NE raises the balance of this money from a variety of sources such as grant making trusts, commercial companies and individual benefactors.

The Equal Chance Appeal seeks to raise money to subsidise berths for those who cannot afford to pay.

Individual Friends of Ocean Youth Trust NE make small monthly donations to help
